Beside the other program the organization has been continuing the fish cultivation program from own fund. Under the program, members are provided credit supports for undertaking and operating income-generating activities. The main aim of the program is to help the poorest of the poor group members for alleviating their acute poverty. The group members are provided necessary technical supports for their IGAs projects.

The group members are normally provided credit supports for a maximum of two cycles. No collateral or mortgage is claimed for the credit supports. Group pressure is considered as the collateral or mortgage.

The Credit Support program is going on as per the recommendation and decision of the Executive Committee meeting of the last.

The goal of the organization is to bring change in the state of the target peoples into groups and reach supports to the individual members through the groups. According to that sense DDO gives its priority to the health sector. Because the health and sanitation sector of our local is not so well. Most of the people of our locality is not so sound as they should be. Because most of the people of our locality are unaware about their health. They do not know how to keep well and maintain their family cleanliness. The Program is being operated with the financial assistance of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Bangladesh.
